We are now enrolling weekly hunting packages on our Eagle Rock Lodge property for the 2024-2025 deer season.  This is the Tenth deer season that we have owned the property and exercised quality deer management.  We have allowed only very limited deer hunting the past seven seasons in order to develop a quality deer/buck population. The property is 440 acres in NW Guernsey County with a beautiful mix of mature hardwoods, dense brush, crops (corn, soybeans, sweet corn and pumpkins), mineral & nutritional feeding, open meadows, ponds and stream. There are no farm animals on the property. This keeps our deer relaxed, going about their daily routine of roaming and grazing freely like nature intended. The weekly hunting package is available a maximum of five weeks, so that the deer are not pressured and will stay on the property.  The 2024-2025 hunting packages will be available for the three weeks of archery rut and a to be determined early season week. With our hunting packages you won’t find better opportunities to harvest a trophy buck!

Our hunts are not guaranteed harvest hunts. We cannot promise you that you will harvest a deer as we do not have deer fencing, cages, etc., but we do promise you the opportunity to do so. We provide a low-pressure, natural opportunity to harvest a free-roaming trophy. We know our property well and will share our knowledge with you. In order to give the bucks the chance to mature, reach their full potential, and pass on their genetics, we limit buck harvesting to 125 scores or greater without a penalty fee. We also encourage harvesting of does to manage the deer population. Recovery of your harvest is your own responsibility. We can advise on checking stations, deer processors, and taxidermists.We provide an area to hang your deer and an archery target for last minute gear check. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL TROPHY FEES! **There is a $400.00 penalty fee for any buck taken under 125".

Our hunting packages begin with touring the property, viewing the maps, placing equipment, and planning your hunt on the day of arrival.  Then, you will have the remainder of the hunting period to hunt on your schedule. Lodging is in the beautiful Eagle Rock Lodge – see Lodge Rental on this website for lodge photos and details. The lodge is fully equipped – all bedding, towels, and kitchenware provided.

A 25% deposit is required to book and hold your hunting package, 50% is due 30 days ahead of your arrival, and the remainder is due no later than 15 days prior to the first day of the hunting package. There is a 10% discount for parties of five or six.
